The istitutions
The success of Prosecco wine is mainly due to the skill and tenacity of company managers. However, part of this fame is also owed to the presence in Conegliano of four different institutions, which have provided a scientific and technical base for the growing of vines and the transformation of grapes. These institutions, which are perfectly complementary, have contributed to the spread of vineyard and cellar techniques as well as of the culture of territory and the values of tradition.
